I’m Adele, a caring, yet efficient Podiatrist, sometimes known as a Chiropodist, based in Longwood offering a varied range of podiatry services.


I'm a HCPC Registered healthcare professional trained and experienced in assessing, diagnosing and treating conditions of the feet and lower limb. The importance of podiatry lies in the fact that the feet and lower legs are complex structures that support the body's weight and provide mobility. Any issues affecting these structures can have a significant impact on a person's quality of life. I’m therefore trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions, including bunions, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, ankle sprains, and more. To help prevent further foot and lower leg problems I also provide expert advice on proper foot care, footwear selection, and foot exercises. While working with people of all ages, I play a particularly important role in helping older people to stay mobile, and therefore, independent.
